A bad day to exercise

Travis' dad came to visit over the weekend. He's a cool guy. This morning I went for a run with him. I want to start exercising and he wanted someone to go with him. So I went. I did well, considering I haven't ran regularly in over eight years. Dave ended up going on ahead of me. He's been running for like 25 years, so he can keep going and going. But I had to do the walk-run at times. I went about 3 miles total. But not all of it was running. I was glad that I just got out there and did it. If I get into a habit of it, which I hope I do, I will get alot better. Anyway, it was the coldest day in Atlanta so far. I think it was in the 20's. Yeah, of all the days to go for a jog.
